Responsible for water, trash, and sewer through a third part billing company
Responsibilities:
Plumbing repairs
Handyman repairs
Keeping the grounds amenities clean
Patrolling the parking and parking assignments
Requirements:
-Basic hand tool
-Vehicle
-3+ years experience in a similar role
Compensation:
$22-26depending on experience
