Express is looking for reliable individuals to perform Parking Lot Attendant duties for our client, which operates over 50 parking lots throughout San Diego. If you are open to part-time to full-time work with a flexible schedule to work afternoons and evenings while working outdoors in sunny San Diego, this is the job for you!
Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 2nd shift (Open availability)
Pay: $19.00 / HR
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Multiple areas are available; current open routes are:
La Jolla - Pacific Beach - OB - Downtown - Hilcrest - Convoy
Requirements:
MUST HAVE open 7-day availability
MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE (Mileage reimbursed for personal car use traveling between lots) with proof of insurance and registration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, co-workers, and managers. “Treat others as you would want to be treated
Patrol areas to prevent theft from parked automobiles
Confirm payment for parking via company equipment
Issue tickets to those who haven’t paid for parking
Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance at all times
Regular, consistent attendance during scheduled work hours and the ability to work overtime if requested.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High School Degree or Equivalent
Own transportation
Security guard or parking lot attendant experience is a plus
Ability to operate a hand-held device for tracking and monitoring
