Position Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join us as a Part-Time Swimming Pool Service Technician. This role is perfect for college students seeking flexible work that fits around their class schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Conduct minor repairs as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Follow directions and company protocols to ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; paid training provided.
Customer Service Experience Preferred!
Must own a reliable truck with valid insurance.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Clean and professional appearance.
Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation:
Starting pay is hourly ($18-$23) during the training period.
Opportunity to transition to per-stop pay after training ($13-$16). Routes are tight with 2.5-3 stops able to be serviced per hour.
Paid vacation after a year.
