Work Schedule:
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Daytime before 5pm. 4-8hrs per day.
Schedule can be arranged based on our workflow and your availability.
Responsibilities
Carefully prepare and wrap live plants for safe shipping according to our packaging standards and requirements.
Help maintain a clean and organized work environment as part of a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
Good hand-eye coordination; able to handle details, small hand-craft tasks
Responsible, reliable, and able to maintain consistant work quality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must have valid legal work authorization in the United States.
Work Environment: Indoor in a workshop surrounded by greenhouses, with stairs required to access the workshop (no ramp available).
Compensation:
$18 per hour, paid based on clocked time. Time is prorated to the exact minutes worked. Plus Annual performance-based bonus. We issue form 1099 NEC.
