Duties:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules using Outlook Calendar
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle correspondence and communications
- Assist with document signing using DocuSign
- Perform customer service duties as needed
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in calendar management tools like Outlook Calendar
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document management
- Strong front desk skills and phone systems knowledge
