Job description:
Join one of the largest and fastest growing pool service companies, with locations in California and Florida. This position offers job security and prospects of advancement. The position is for our San Diego branch.
- Visit customers' pools on a weekly basis within a tight geographic area in San Diego County.
- Vacuum pool and spa, brush walls and skim water surface.
- Adjust water chemistry.
- Minor equipment maintenance.
A company truck, gas, chemicals and tools are all provided. Applicant only needs to have a valid drivers license, have a smartphone to navigate to, and record service stops on our app. Be able to perform light physical work outside, which may include lifting up to 40 lbs. Must be motivated, dependable and able to work independently with little supervision.
This is a permanent position. Currently we are looking for a service tech for part-time or full-time on weekdays (M-F, no weekends), times are flexible.
Possibility of advancement from service technician to repair technician all the way to local management positions, depending on performance and how long you have been with our company. We offer benefits such as paid vacation time.
New service techs will undergo about 2 weeks of fully paid training before working in the field.
In most cases interviews will be held via Zoom call unless in-person is preferred.
