Everde Growers is seeking a reliable and motivated Propagation Team Member to join our nursery
team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in horticulture and plant
production while supporting the first stage of our growing cycle.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and plant cuttings and seeds following nursery guidelines
Monitor plant conditions and follow sanitation protocols
Assist with misting, labeling, spacing, and organizing trays
Work in greenhouse and outdoor environments
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Who You Are:
You enjoy physical, outdoor work and are comfortable in greenhouse conditions
You are dependable, detail-oriented, and open to learning
You can follow instructions and work independently or with a team
You can lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage starts at $16.50 or more, based on qualifications
