We are seeking for a Quality assurance person to join our team! You will be responsible for keeping track of all certifications and following up with customers for all needs
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Product quality
Maintaining and improving product quality by completing audits, and preparing quality documentation and reports
Qualifications:
Quality assurance, traceability and customer administration
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
