We are a residential swimming pool and landscape construction company seeking a Project Manager to support our Landscape Construction Manager and oversee the successful execution of projects. This role involves overseeing job sites, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for each project.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of landscape projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Support the Construction Manager by coordinating schedules and managing crews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
Maintain relationships with field professionals, including inspectors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure smooth project progression.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing residential landscape projects, or a strong background in managing construction projects with the aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to landscape management.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (required).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships with clients, crews, and field professionals, such as inspectors.
