We are a High-end Custom Home and Remodeling Framing Company
We are looking to hire Foreman, Lead Carpenters and journeyman carpenters. All candidates will need to have extensive knowledge in the operations of framing of a house and that take it to rough frame inspection.
All candidates will need to have a neat appearance and reliable transportation.
Foreman Candidates
1. Will need to have a minimum 5 years of managing projects of residential and multifamily buildings.
2. Scheduling manpower and keeping on budget and finishing on time.
3. Extensive knowledge in all framing operations to rough frame inspection.
4. Extensive plan and detail reading skills and layout break down, and floor and roof layouts and assembly
knowledge. Make scan sheets for different framing operations.
5. Do basic lumber and hardware material take-offs from plans.
6. Have their own contact list of piece workers and hourly personnel.
7. Understand and implement the importance project safety and cleanness.
Lead Carpenter Candidates
1. Good plan and detail reading and building skills such as, Layout, Framing, P&L, Beams, Floor and Roof,
Siding, Assemblies.
2. Able to manage and communicate and layout carpenters on the different framing operations Making sure the
task is done correctly and on time.
3. Be willing to teach apprentice carpenters and laborers safe tool use and carpentry techniques and rough
framing operations.
4. Make a pickup list and markup window and door RO
5. Someone with this skill level should have a minimum of 6 years in the rough framing trade of residential and
multifamily buildings
6. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
Journeyman Carpenters
1. Need to have minimum of 5 years in the rough framing trade of residential and or multifamily buildings
2. Plan and detail reading skills
3. Understanding of different rough framing operations.
4. Help with teaching apprentice carpenters the trade operations and job and tool safety.
