Sail San Diego is a small, family-owned, business that takes pride in ensuring a positive work environment and high level of customer service. We are looking for a new team member who can provide 20-30 hours per week to wash and service our fleet of charter boats. Overtime opportunities are available.
Work Schedule Example:
Thursday - Sunday (4-6 Hour Shifts)
Wednesday - Saturday (4-6 Hour Shifts)
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning boat interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and customer requests.
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Notify management of occurring issues or needs for repairs.
Engage and communicate well with co-workers and management.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Skills Required:
Detail Oriented
Knowledge of Cleaning Chemicals and Supplies
Familiarity with Boats (Previous experience is preferred)
Strong Verbal Communication
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including working outdoors for 5+ hours.

Materials, equipment and uniforms are provided. Reliable transportation to the marina is required; and a valid/clean driver’s license is necessary to operate any company vehicles. We also offer learning opportunities and in-house training for those looking to move positions within the company.
