We have an immediate opening for a Shipping/Receiving-Delivery Driver for a well-established electronic test equipment facility in Otay Mesa Ca.
The Shipping/Receiving-Delivery Driver will handle incoming and outgoing packages in the warehouse. Job duties include tracking inventory, keeping accurate records, packaging, and weighing items as well as weekly deliveries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies in the warehouse.
Review and verify packing slips and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
Daily computer use: update inventory received and send out client update emails.
Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver equipment to customers safely, courteously, and timely.
Inspect delivery vehicles, review maintenance records to ensure all scheduled maintenance has been performed.
Collaborate and communicate with supervisors, customer service representatives, service providers and other involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License (Class C)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bilingual is a plus
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with local streets and routes
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
PAY RANGE: $18-20 per hour
