Position:
Work for one of the largest and well-respected HVAC and Solar companies in San Diego - Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar. We promote an enjoyable working environment with a family like culture. We are actively seeking a Full Time Solar Installer.
Compensation: $DOE
Employment type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
Install roof mounted solar panels
Comply with jobsite safety programs
Complete installation on various roof types in timely manner
Job clean up at end of day
Ensure high quality and best practices used throughout installation
Service DHW and pool heating systems. (Pumps, controllers, pvc pipes, solar collectors, copper, heating exchangers, mixing valves, expansion tanks, hot water tanks, etc.)
Maintain and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Ensure a high level of customer service and workmanship.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience
Valid driver's license with clean DMV record
Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
Comfortable with heights
Be able to interact professionally with customers
Read and understand blueprints and schematics
