Solare Energy is one of the largest installers of solar and battery systems in San Diego County. We are looking to hire an entry-level solar installer. Previous experience as a solar installer is appreciated, but not required. Some general construction experience is required.
Position Description:
Perform various project installations tasks, such as:
- Pre-assembly of parts, project staging
- Install flashings and racking on roofs
- Install solar panels on roofs
- Assist electrician with electrical wiring
- Digging trenches for conduit runs
- Site cleanup
- Drive company vehicles as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience working with construction teams
- Comfortable working at heights, outdoors
- Follows directions, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual, hard-worker
"Plus" Qualifications desired:
- Certified Electrician
- Roofing experience
- Experience with small machinery trenchers, forklifts, and manlifts
- Experience with all types of building materials various roof types, stucco, wood, concrete, Uni-Strut, and other
