Job Description:
Seeking reliable, team-oriented employees for work installing solar photovoltaic electric systems, build racking system and set modules, layout array wiring. Must be able to pay attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship, take direction and anticipate what comes next in the work flow.
Responsibilities:
Install the racking, panels, & stand offs for photovoltaic solar systems
Organize & maintain system components in company trucks and at job sites
Requirements:
2+ years of construction experience, with residential experience preferred
Good communications skills, with positive attitude
Bilingual a plus
Customer oriented with a professional demeanor
Have own tools
Have own, reliable transportation
Willingness & capability to climb ladders, stairs, & work on rooftops
Must be safety conscience
Ability to lift, pull, & push materials & equipment to complete assigned job tasks
Capability to lift 50 lbs of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
Required to pass criminal background check
Required to pass drug screening
Valid California state driver's license & clean driving record
