TSCM Corporation is a commercial exterior maintenance company servicing Orange County & San Diego County
We are looking for a dedicated individual with experience in the service industry to join our team based in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:
Experience in pressure washing, steam cleaning, or sweeping a plus.
Bi-lingual Spanish and English, speaking and reading preferred.
Hardworking, honest, and responsible.
Good organizational skills.
Flexible schedule; available to work nights and / or weekends required. (9pm - 5am during the week and 6am - 3pm weekends)
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Must wear company uniform, arrive at job location, and represent TSCM in the utmost professional manner.
Must perform all work in accordance with all applicable safety procedures and TSCM policies.
Communicate on a regular basis to go over job schedule and details.
Completes all required reports to properly report a job upon completion; includes taking before and after photos.
Communicates and reports any issues relating to a service, equipment, employees, accidents, or injuries to supervisor/manger in a timely manner.
Job requires physical strength: ability to work with water in various temperatures/conditions during day or at night, operating and moving equipment safely, bending, stooping, standing, stretching, lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
