Needed a skilled professional supervisor for Post Construction Cleaning. You will be a laborer and supervisor on many high-end homes, In in La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Pt. Loma areas.( to name a few) Some skills in window washing, and interior home cleaning required. If you’re not familiar with the needs for post construction, new home cleaning, you will be trained in it.
I am looking for someone who can report to me and overlook my laborer work while working on site. Also assist with scheduling, along with managing the supplies as needed for the jobs. You will be required to drive out to the office for the picking up of supplies for crew.( I will pay for travel). Must have your own car to carry a 4 ft ladder, a canister vacuum, and products. I pay 15.00 a day for gas allowance. Must have a cell phone. Must have the ability to carry heavy objects and have good balance on ladders. This kind of work involves construction cleaning of new homes and there are times we are super over booked and times when work is slow. You, as my supervisor, after your training will be on top of the priorities crew list. We work a full 8-hour day, I pay for two 10-minute breaks. The half hour for lunch will not be included in your hours for the day. . Must have a valid driver’s license and social security card.
