I own my own 4.5 Short Term Rentals located around California in all different climates/ demographics of people/renters.

As an owner and as a PERFECTIONIST, to me, the most important factor of a home, Villa, Cottage, Beach house, Guest House, office is cleanliness and, that whether the turnover cleaning job is for you personally or a guest or business associate, our service is known to be consistent and the host of home or homeowner of property is aware of any all problematic changes arise if from you or from guests stay.
My back ground, I’m college educated, I own a ranch property in Northern, CA, Central CA and her in San Diego so I’m well versed for what to do if any property issues arise in house or exterior in ALL CLIMATE CONDITIONS. Ie: a water line breaks or water leak on property or if a construction issue that seems in need, garbage disposal goes out what tool to trouble shoot with before needing to call out a plumber, filters on high end appliances always need a soft touch and additional cleaning, as for products to be used, I can educate you so that it doesn’t go against the needs of the type of countertops you have or floors, etcI can see when plants are not working via climate or less/more need of watering, lightbulbs out, electrical, speaking doors, all the above, I know when anything is out of sort in or out of home, that management style is WHAT IS SO important an what the average cleaner lacks.
Everything adds up in and if you’re Uber wealthy or just getting by and need every dollar to count, it’s all the same and that doesn’t matter to me as it’s the same swipe of a credit card that no one wants to make.
The extreme attention to detail of myself and my help - we don’t miss and you won’t have to think about your home checklist needs as it will be brought to your attention by me to YOU.
