This is a part-time 1099 position with flexible hours and high earning potential.
We are an established vacation rental cleaning service with a portfolio of high-end properties throughout North County San Diego. Due to our exceptional reputation, we currently have waitlisted clients and are expanding our trusted team.
Requirements (No Exceptions):
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (ID and documentation required)
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Current liability insurance (must be able to add our company as additional insured)
Minimum 2 years of experience in vacation rental or luxury hotel cleaning
Reliable transportation and smartphone
Professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment
Strong communication skills in English
Role Details:
Independent Contractor – 3 positions available
Starting pay: 50% of the total service fee
Premium rates for holiday turnovers
Performance-based advancement and bonus opportunities
Solo cleaning opportunities for top performers
Weekly Earning Potential:
Part-Time (2–4 cleanings/week): $300–$400+
Full-Time (4–6 cleanings/week): $400–$700+
Elite Solo Cleaners: $1,000–$1,500+
