$20–$25/hr DOE | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm | Small team, big impact
Looking for a warehouse role where your contributions really matter? At BRAH Electric, we’re a 10-person team that manufactures and ships electrical replacement parts to customers worldwide. We’re searching for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our San Clemente warehouse.
This isn’t just moving boxes. You’ll be the lone ranger of the warehouse—the person we count on to keep orders flowing and the space running smoothly. If you’re the kind of person who picks up part numbers quickly, likes staying organized, and can keep a positive attitude even when the pace picks up, you’ll thrive here.
And unlike a lot of warehouse jobs, we’ll actually reward you for learning and growing. We offer skill bonuses (like $500 for mastering bus plug conversions), advancement opportunities, and a team that has your back.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload shipments, check products for accuracy and quality, and flag any issues.
- Inventory Management: Keep shelves organized, safe, and easy to navigate. Help with regular cycle counts.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prep orders for shipping—accuracy and speed both matter.
- Shipping & Logistics: Prepare shipping docs, work with carriers, and make sure outgoing orders meet our standards.
- Warehouse Upkeep: Keep the warehouse clean and orderly so everything runs smoothly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our two sales reps and operations team. Communicate when things need attention so we can solve problems together.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Work ethic first. You take pride in showing up on time, working hard, and getting things done without being babysat.
- Detail orientation. You can follow part numbers, catch small differences, and keep things organized.
- Warehouse experience preferred. Not required if you’re motivated and quick to learn.
- Strength & stamina. Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items multiple times per day.
- Equipment know-how. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Good communicator. You can work closely with sales reps, managers, and teammates and keep things positive.
- Team mindset. You’re ready to jump in when something urgent needs to get out the door.
