Position: CLASS C - Box Truck Driver (Home every day)
Responsibilities:
Carefully load and unload produce in your vehicle, always keeping safety in mind.
Transport fresh fruits and vegetables to various restaurants and businesses within Los Angeles County.
Operate and maintain a 24-foot box truck, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met both on and off the road.
Verify shipments, inspect the delivery vehicle, and keep detailed records of deliveries, mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
Communicate with buyers to schedule deliveries or keep in contact with the central dispatch unit for delivery updates.
Follow all company protocols and procedures to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our clients.
Requirements:
A valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, specifically with 24-foot box trucks.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage loading/unloading tasks.
Able to perform simple math operations and maintain accurate records.
Regular, punctual attendance is required.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Basic proficiency in written and oral English (Spanish language skills are a plus).

Exposure to outside elements during deliveries.

Each day as a Box Truck Driver, you will pick up fresh produce from our warehouse and deliver it to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. You will closely follow instructions and procedures to ensure the correct selection and delivery of products, keeping safety and quality standards at the forefront of all operations.
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 DOE
