We’re an innovative, fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our order fulfillment and returns processing. You’ll work directly alongside the co-founder and another associate to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a full-time (1099 contractor) role based in San Diego, Monday through Friday.
We're seeking someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized systems and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pick/pack/ship operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Manage returns processing, including inspection, sorting, and restocking
Maintain a well-organized, efficient warehouse layout and inventory system
Coordinate workflow between the co-founder and warehouse associate
Track inventory levels and flag low-stock or slow-moving items
Communicate clearly and consistently with the operations team
Identify and implement process improvements for speed and accuracy
Requirements:
Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse management, or operations leadership
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs
Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and meet daily deadlines
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Location: On-site in San Diego
Pay: $15-$20/hr
