HIRING HARD WORKING WINDOW CLEANER

About Us: We are a small Window & Solar Panel Cleaning company looking for our newest window tech. In addition, we also perform gutter cleaning and pressure washing. Most of our current jobs are residential window cleaning with some commercial work, up to about three stories.
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hard working window cleaner who is ready and eager to work. If you do not have experience, we are open to hiring based on work ethic and performance. You must be comfortable working at heights and on roofs, using extension ladders, and cleaning rain gutters. Please do not inquire if you cannot show up on time.
Pay:
Hourly pay starting at $20-25 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Clean windows, rain gutters, and solar panels
Use extension ladders and work at heights safely
Triple-check the quality of work before moving on
Maintain and transport equipment responsibly, ensuring nothing is forgotten at job site
Respectful and courteous to all customers
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to job locations across all of San Diego County, including North County (Carlsbad, San Marcos, Poway, etc.)
Must be reliable and responsible—show up on time, do not leave equipment at job sites, and ensure work quality
Must be comfortable with heights and using ladders up to 24 ft tall
Must be in good physical condition and able to carry up to 60 lbs
