Join AC Howard Law and play a key role in expanding our impact. We’re looking for an Associate Attorney who will work closely with our managing and founding partner, meet regularly with clients, and handle cases autonomously with the support of our full-time, in-person staff.

Position Overview

This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of our firm. The ideal candidate has experience in probate, trust administration, and estate planning, the core areas of our practice. We also provide opportunities to expand your expertise in family law, surrogacy, and pre/post-nuptial agreements, including supporting LGBTQIA+ parents with confirmatory adoption/parentage orders and sperm/egg donation contracts.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in California

2+ years of experience in probate, trust administration, and estate planning

Commitment to fostering an inclusive and client-centered environment
