Candidates must be licensed in and admitted to practice in the state they apply to.
Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to take ownership of their work and contribute to active, complex matters pending in state and federal court. Preferred candidates will have experience with propounding and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, and drafting dispositive motions and pre-trial motions. Trial experience is preferred, but not required. Experience defending class actions also a plus, but not required.
We offer a flexible, friendly and casual environment in our centrally located downtown San Diego and Carlsbad offices and the ability to work remotely is an option. We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses, and student debt repayment assistance. The yearly salary range is between $110,000–$275,000 depending on location and experience.
