This case also included a competitive Chapter 11 Plan filed by a major creditor which I was able to convince the Court to dismiss, in addition to confirming my client's Plan. I also recently confirmed a Chapter 11 Plan with the Presiding Judge of the Central District. In addition, I was recently asked to assist in a post-confirmation proceeding of a Chapter 11 case in Delaware. I cross-examined the Trustee and the Court ruled in our favor.
