Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills and have no less than 5 years of civil litigation experience (including pleading and motion writing; taking and defending depositions; attending mediations and mandatory settlement conferences; and first chair state or federal bench/jury trials, administrative hearings, or binding arbitrations).
