We require someone with at least 5 years' experience, preferably 10. Our firm is seeking someone to work with us on a project basis to start (from our offices but have some flexibility). You must be familiar with complex issues, especially as they pertain to child custody. This may develop into a full-time career position this year.
We are seeking to find an idea person to work with us, someone who can help develop strategies that will be effective. The ideal person will be great at Westlaw research, have great writing and typing skills; the person will be expected to write briefs from scratch. A team player who does not require micro-management would be a great asset.
Although effective, we win through intellectual prowess and strategy. We are not looking for someone "down and dirty". The ideal candidate should act and dress professionally.
