Candidates must have exceptional personal interaction skills and an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.

GRSM offers a competitive compensation - the salary range for these positions is $105,000 - $275,000, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package, including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses and student debt repayment assistance.
