Plaintiff's boutique personal injury litigation and trial firm is looking to immediately fill a paralegal position. Must have minimum 3 years experience in civil litigation, and trial support/preparation:
Duties will include drafting pleadings; responding/propounding civil discovery; motion drafting; obtaining and cataloguing medical records; trial preparation and support.
Salary depends on experience; negotiable. Firm offers 401k and profit sharing.
