Solo practitioner looking for a full-time attorney with at least 2 years of experience in immigration. Must be skilled in preparing clients for individual hearings, appear in court for master/individual hearings, write briefs, file petitions, appeals and motions.
Salary based on experience. Ability to speak another language is a plus.
