Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our law firm. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication and organizational skills. This position plays a key role in being the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring they receive an exceptional initial experience with our firm.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and return calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients in both English and Spanish.
Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups with attorneys and staff.
Maintain accurate records and data entry in the firm’s case management system.
Provide empathetic, professional customer service at all times.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to ensure a seamless intake process and case management.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) required.
Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency with computer systems and case management software a plus.
