Small litigation firm in Mission Valley looking for an experienced paralegal/legal assistant.
Ideal candidate has 5 years experience with litigation law firm or house counsel
Proficient in MS Office applications and Westlaw
Areas of practice: Legal malpractice, employment (defense/plaintiff), probate and general litigation
Duties include discovery including interrogatories and request for production of documents; analyzing and summarizing documents, preparing subpoenas, and general case management
Hours and days are flexible.
25+ hours per week likely more when preparing for and in trial
Remote and in-office work available
