Client Intake Specialist – Full-Time
Location: Downtown San Diego (In-Person Only – No Remote Option)

We are a busy and fast-paced law firm located in downtown San Diego seeking a full-time Client Intake Specialist. This is a high-energy, detail-intensive position where you’ll be directly involved in managing multiple client accounts and intake matters simultaneously. Quick turnaround times, shifting priorities, and constant attention to detail are the norm. If you thrive under pressure, are highly organized, and enjoy working closely with people, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client intake and account information across multiple active files. Obtain information from clients.
Perform light accounting tasks and calculations (basic math, mainly addition)
Interact directly with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Adapt to rapidly changing daily priorities while meeting deadlines
Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure accurate case tracking and follow-up
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered, you must meet all of the following:
Exceptional computer proficiency
Experience in a high-paced professional environment
Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proven ability to multi-task and stay detail-oriented under pressure
Fast learner with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
Energetic, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
Compensation:
Pay is dependent on experience (DOE) and may increase based on performance.
