We are looking for a. Canvassing Team Manager (EXPERIENCED -minimum 1 year-) for our canvassing marketers who come to our office in the mornings at 930am, have a brief meeting and role-plays in our conference room, then go in our company car with the manager to the neighboring residential areas where we do construction work.
Walking door-to-door, they approach neighboring houses assessing their needs as far as exterior repairs & painting, windows or roof, they knock on doors, talk to homeowners mentioning the address where we work, and set appointments for free consultations and free estimates with us for the homeowners.
This position pays Hourly Base + Bonuses & Overrides (on your good appointments & team appointments) + Commissions (on your appointments turning into sales + team appointments turning into sales) – making it a great opportunity for those managers looking to make a substantial income.
Full Time Position Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 930am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 930am to 3pm
Fridays and Sundays: OFF
It would be best if you resided in North County San Diego.
You are role-playing with canvassers every morning for 30 to 90 minutes.
Training them and bringing new ideas.
Effectively distributing them in residential areas around our existing on-going projects, transporting them in our company vehicle, and keeping up with them.
Also making time for yourself to set your own appointments every day while others are at work.
