Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies on Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Create and manage digital ad campaigns, including ad copy, ad group organization, and budget management.
- Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and placements to improve conversions.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, WhatConverts, and CallRail.
- Prepare detailed reports, including weekly/monthly metrics, ROI analysis, and visual dashboards.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored growth plans and strategies.
- Manage budget allocations and ensure efficient use of ad spend.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and performance-related campaign issues.
- Seek opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (search, display, remarketing, Performance Max).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WhatConverts, and CallRail.
- Experience with WordPress and similar CMS platforms (Shopify, Squarespace).
- Knowledge of e-commerce ads for platforms like Google Shopping.
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and optimization.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and presentations.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Experience with AI tools for campaign optimization is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other PPC tools.
- Experience building high-converting landing pages.
Compensation:
$68,000 to $78,000 per year
