duties and responsibilities
Campaign management: Planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, which could include a mix of digital, social media, and traditional methods.
Team leadership: Directly leading and training a team of marketing representatives or associates, and overseeing their daily activities.
Strategic planning: Developing marketing strategies and plans, in collaboration with other departments or senior leadership.
Budget and resource management: Overseeing marketing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring projects stay on track.
Performance analysis: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic and conversion rates, to report on successes and failures and make adjustments.
Client and stakeholder relations: Meeting and strategizing with clients, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external partners.
Market research: Conducting and analyzing market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
