About the Role:
Creative Electron, a leader in intelligent X-ray technology, is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone who loves blending creativity with technology. You’ll help tell our story through video, graphics, and social media content that showcase our innovations and people.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce short and long-form videos for digital and social platforms.
Design graphics, brochures, and promotional materials for events and campaigns.
Manage and schedule posts for Creative Electron’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
Track and report on social media performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and product launches.
Success Indicators:
Consistent posting and content delivery.
Growth in engagement and followers across platforms.
Creative, professional-quality visuals and videos.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma (required).
Experience: 1–3 years in graphic design, video editing, or related creative field preferred.
Skills:
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
o Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
o Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
o Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
o A willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to feedback.
Work Environment:
On-site at our San Marcos, CA headquarters.
Casual, collaborative, and innovation-focused environment.
Computer-based work with occasional hands-on production setup or prop work.
