For over 30 years, we have been designing and manufacturing POP displays and store fixtures for more than 3500 customers around the world. We work with brands and retailers across a broad range of industries. Many of the brands we work with are well established and nationally recognized. Others are newer, up-and-coming brands looking to sell through physical retail stores for the first time.
Position: Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
· Write sales and purchase orders.
· Efficiently coordinate and fulfill e-commerce orders.
· Help coordinate and oversee outsourced projects.
· Support sales team on projects related to securing new accounts and growing existing accounts.
· Manage project documentation and correspondence.
· Independently manage smaller projects and assist on larger projects.
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience related to project management or project coordination.
· Experience in construction management or manufacturing is a plus.
· Adept at using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel); Quickbooks experience is a plus.
· Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
· Strong customer orientation and account management skills.
· Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Strong work ethic, high level of motivation/commitment, and ability to assume ownership of projects.
