About the Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team, working across luxury hospitality and lifestyle projects for our design studio. This role will focus on executing brand implementation for two existing projects—working within established style guides to produce a wide range of on-brand deliverables, while also contributing to the development of new brand identities and supporting our team’s social media presence.
This is a hybrid role that blends precision execution with creative concepting. You’ll ensure that every design touchpoint for our current brands is consistent and elevated, while also collaborating on mood boards, typography exploration, and visual direction for upcoming projects.

You take feedback as part of the creative process and focus on delivering work that supports the project’s goals rather than pushing against them.
Scope of Work:
Execute on-brand design deliverables for two existing hospitality projects based on established style guides, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and environmental applications
Contribute to the development of new brand identities, from visual research and mood boards to typography and logo exploration
Create and refine presentation materials, proposals, and portfolio pieces for the design studio
Develop social media graphics and content templates that reflect the brand’s aesthetic
Prepare files for both print and digital production, coordinating with vendors as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong portfolio showcasing both applied brand design and conceptual work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience preparing files for both print and digital
Ability to work within brand guidelines and also generate fresh creative ideas
Excellent communication and organization skills
Comfortable taking feedback and refining work quickly
Hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
Details:
Freelance/contract role to start, with potential for ongoing work or expanded hours
Hybrid: remote work with occasional in-person meetings (San Diego/Encinitas area)
Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively with Creative Director and team
Compensation based on experience and scope
