Technical Skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets and data tables
Variable Data Printing experience
Familiarity with SalesForce, CRM, HTML and CSS
Previous work in a Print Shop or Direct Mail Marketing setting
College Degree in Graphic Arts, Business or Computer Science preferred
Analytical Skills
Extremely detail oriented with exceptional proof reading skills
Ability to assess and prioritize the fluctuating demands of each work day
Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent work productivity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate between various departments internally and with the customer
Dedicated to the company’s mission and continuously strives to adhere to and improve on existing processes and procedures
Can think critically and apply the business and operational concepts to the job, asking the right questions and using the available resources to locate the appropriate answers
Proactive problem-solver that aims to find solutions to issues as they arise; recognizes and evaluates the procedural gaps and identifies possible methods to better streamline work-flow
Facilitate and maintain a culture of communication, accountability and efficiency
General Job Responsibilities
Work with Sales Team to develop and produce art for marketing campaigns: taking minimal instructions, interpreting and translating it into marketing materials
Review all creative output before they are released to the customer for approval and/or released from our facility for printing
Send Proof to customers via virtual portal for review, comments, edits and approval
Monitor Graphics Department Inbox for requests, changes, notes and relaying important information back to appropriate Department and/or personnel
Generate Plate on approved art for in-house production printing
Review, follow and prioritize Job queue calendar based on customer and company’s needs, consistently meeting deadlines
Maintain Data Integrity by updating systems with information as change requests are received
Set up tables to merge data into art templates
Create new or modify existing Art Templates, building and organizing Master Templates
Attend daily Production Meeting to discuss all time-sensitive orders, formalize a daily task list and ensure all urgent tasks are fulfilled by end of work day
