Minuteman Press of Carlsbad is seeking a dynamic Production Graphic Artist with excellent communication skills, super attention to detail, strong work ethic and of course creativity. Experienced, down-to-earth team looking for the right person to fit in and enjoys working with a smile. Casual but very fast paced office that operates as a team to deliver a high quality product and service. We do all types of graphics from printing on paper, to T-shirts to large trade displays. Requirements:
Good Mac, Adobe CS, Photoshop and InDesign skills.
Has the creativity to create amazing designs, but also the patience to do simple jobs as well.
Able to multi-task and thrive with managing several jobs and changing priorities.
Digital Production experience is very helpful.
Enjoys details and getting job done correctly.
Job Description:
Create graphic revisions and prints upon request.
Manage projects, completing them by their deadlines.
Have schedule flexibility for any last-minute projects.
Maintain equipment, backing up, and archiving projects according to our proven system.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Successfully manages their time, work flow and schedule in order to meet daily plans.
Team Player, proactive and self motivated.
Print shop experience a plus
