We are a Design and Remodeling Company looking for an experienced interior designer who is comfortable mid to high range remodeling projects. Our projects range from single rooms such as a kitchen or a primary bathroom to whole houses and additions. You would manage the selections for all projects. This entails shopping with and/or for our clients for fixtures, tile, stone, etc.
Duties:
Collaborate with the lead designers on style and finishes for all projects.
Create mood boards for each project.
Determine budgets for finish materials for each project.
Shopping with clients to select finishes
Manage chosen selections, budget, and ordering.
Communicating and coordinating with design consultants, project managers, and production coordinators.
Must have:
Experience working with clients to select materials
Ability to guide wavering clients to make decisions
Ability to formulate an original concept and interact and solve problems with clients
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced firm
Applicant must be hardworking, loyal and trustworthy
Nice to have:
2020 experience
Cabinet ordering experience
AutoCAD experience
Revit or other rendering software experience
Furniture, soft furnishings, staging experience
