Clayton’s Family of Restaurants is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in executing social media strategies, content creation, and community engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Posting across multiple platforms
Create engaging multimedia content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) for Clayton's social media channels.
Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy
Stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices.
Collaborate with the Leadership and Executive teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions across social media channels.
Analyze our social media metrics and provide insights to optimize content performance and engagement.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the Marketing team.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Dedication of at least eight hours per week to content shoots, collaborative meetings, and postings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing creative ideas to enhance Clayton’s social media presence.
Potential for year round intership. Extra hours may be required during holidays that impact business.
