What You’ll Do
Create Captivating Content: Shoot dynamic video and photo content that drives engagement across social media, our website, and various campaigns.
Engage Across Platforms: Develop and manage creative content on popular social media channels, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Boost Our Online Presence: Manage our social channels, interact with customers, and seamlessly direct inquiries to our sales team.
Capture the Action: Seize every marketing opportunity at offsite events and within our local community.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research competitors and monitor emerging social trends, platform updates, and new digital tools.
What We’re Looking For
Creative Expertise: Proven skills in photography, videography, and editing—including lighting, sound, and color grading.
Marketing Know-How: A basic understanding of marketing principles to help amplify our brand.
Experience: Ideally 1-3 years of photography and video experience.
Strong Communicator: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Local & Ready: Must be based in San Diego and available to occasionally work weekends and offsite events.
Bonus Skills: Experience with drones, After Effects, and motion graphics is a big plus!
Portfolio Required: Please share links to your portfolio, social media accounts, or previous projects.
Equipment: We provide all necessary equipment, though you're welcome to use your own if preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with occasional weekend events)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
License: Valid driver's license required
