Gowing electronic contract manufacturer located in Carlsbad is seeking Assemblers & Machine Crimpers for the production line to work on 1st shift and 2nd shift (6:00am-3:30pm) (3pm-12:30am). We pay $1.75 differential pay for the 2nd shift.
The ideal candidate must read and understand given instructions. Must have the ability to work well in an assembly line as part of a team and follow established procedures and guidelines. Assembler performs repetitive manual tasks associated with the assembly of parts, components and/or units at floor workstations. No experience necessary! We will train.
Requirements:
1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to distinguish different colors and audible tones
Able to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions
Excellent reading and verbal communication skills
Must follow detailed instructions and work well in a team
Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
