Job Purpose
As a Customer Analytics Coordinator at Bitchin’ Sauce, your primary objective is to help drive strategic insights and actionable recommendations through the analysis of customer data. You will play a pivotal role in understanding consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform marketing, sales, and supply chain strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Customer Analytics Lead and VP of Supply Chain with all seen and unforeseen
tasks
Customer service and fulfillment
Order fulfillment
Constant communication with Operations
Proactive customer communication regarding shipping/appointment status
Address all customer questions and complaints
Additional logistics communication and booking, as needed
Assist with the supply chain by completing the following for distributor purchase
orders:
PO log data entry
Confirmation of order receipt, accepting price, quantity and pick up date,
within twenty-four hours
Acknowledge orders through SPS
Send ASNs for Walmart, Target, Albertsons, and Costco
Reconcile all distributor orders on the PO log through bills of lading
Denote any shortages
Denote actual date
Denote shipping status (pending, shipped, or delivered)
Work to maintain an OTIF score of 98% or higher
Investigate any non-compliant orders and conduct a root cause analysis
Monitor carrier scorecard
Work with accounting team to investigate customer chargebacks
Manage ongoing freight analysis
Plan and execute bi-annual Bitchin’ freight RFP
▪ Review potential freight partners and send email communications
with updated lane info and applicable information
▪ Collect bids and enter into master spreadsheet
▪ Determine lead carrier for each lane based on rates and historical
service levels
▪ Communicate lane awards to carriers and outline Bitchin’ expectations
▪ Work with accounting team to set up any new carrier
▪ Analyze and communicate lane savings using prior RFP data
Maintain and grow freight analysis and reporting portfolio
Work cross-functionally with sales and accounting teams to report customer
freight data on a regular basis
Reconcile freight rates with accounting team to ensure accuracy
Reporting of customer consumption, order, and forecast analysis on a weekly basis
Manage communication to buyers regarding necessary orders to meet required
inventory levels to maintain appropriate stock on shelf
Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure customers
are prepared for any upcoming promotional events
Import monthly consumption data and communicate updated analysis to sales teams
Assist with Monthly Sales/Ops Reconciliation
Compare real orders to what was forecasted by week
Collaborate with sales team on any discrepancies
Collaborate with Ops Team to share any innovation updates
Monitor upcoming lifts in forecasting and check in with the sales team to
ensure the forecast is aligned with what is anticipated.
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in a related field preferred
● Experience with CPG Manufacturing a plus
● Basic math, reading, and writing skills
● Basic computer skills. proficient in MicrosoftOffice
● Good communication skills.
● Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
● Reliable and punctual
● Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Working Conditions
● The Employee is expected to work in a full-time capacity.
● The Employee will need to follow a specific schedule that is tracked by the Employer.
● The Employee must be able to work in a remote work environment.
