Job Overview:
We are looking for assistance with various tasks related to greenhouse operations and data collection. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, and a passion for growing plants.
Responsibilities:
- Trim and process harvested cannabis plants with precision, ensuring high-quality product standards.
- Assist in drying, curing, and packaging operations while maintaining strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with the cultivation team to meet daily production goals, ensuring timely and efficient post-harvest workflow.
- Conduct regular garden maintenance activities, such as weeding and pruning
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform necessary tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a greenhouse, farm setting, or warehouse environment is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Location: Santa Ysabel, CA
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
