Electronic Manufacturing Company, based in San Diego, is looking for Individuals for Entry Level and Experienced Level Skills in Soldering SMT and Thru-Hole Electronic Components.
Knowledge of IPC Standards and ESD Practices a plus.

Responsibilities:
Soldering Thru and SMT Components
Inspect/Touch-up SMT and Thru-Hole Soldering
Review and understand Travelers, Assembly Drawings, and Work Instructions
Work with Bill of Materials.
Perform Electronic and Mechanical Assemblies
Work with Microscope
Good Knowledge of ESD control, and IPC Standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 to 2 Years Minimum of Hands on Experience in the Electronic Assembly Field.
Experience with IPC-A-610A and J-STD-001 a Plus
Use and proper care of Solder Tools and equipment
Understand and follow Verbal and Written Instructions
Have excellent communication skills with Management and Co-Workers
Be Punctual
