Job Summary: We are seeking an Equipment Operator to join our Production Team in San Diego (Kearny Mesa). This is a full-time position operating a commercial mail inserter and multiple high-capacity production printers. Training will be provided. Mon-Fri 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All Federal Holidays off or paid. Paid time off and health benefits available.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Pitney Bowes commercial mail inserter and Xerox printers
Coordinate printing and inserting mail for clients in the legal, financial, and property management industries
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production process
Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
